About Us

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

1. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you have a full day from the date of purchase to return the product for a store credit as long as the product wasn't opened in any type of way.

2. For defective* products including disposables, cartridges, batteries and pods, you can exchange or get a store credit for later purchase within 3 days of purchase. 

*Defective products include; disposable battery died, disposable isn't drawing, cartridge is leaking, cartridge isn't pulling, battery is not working.

3. Wrong item's received: we will exchange the wrong product with the right one only on the same day.

4. Returning customers - we do reserve the right to make special exceptions, but it is not guaranteed or binding in any way.
