The Verdes Foundation is a medical cannabis dispensary centered around patient care and satisfaction. Our registered nurses on staff are available for free consultations to registered medical marijuana patients that need more detailed care plans and information. All of our Customer Service personnel have been trained by the nurses to answer many symptom-related questions.

About Us

A Family Operation: Verdes is a New Mexico-based, family-owned operation that was licensed in 2009 and started serving its patients in 2010. Founded by Doug Speegle and his son Eric, with Eric now acting President of the operation with his wife Rachael, a registered nurse, as the acting Director of Dispensary Operations. Committed to Quality: Verdes' cultivation operation works to grow and create the highest quality products, providing the most medical applications and plant varieties. Nursing Patients to Better Outcomes: With dispensary operations run by a registered nurse, Verdes provides its patients access to nursing consultations to ensure that patients achieve the best possible outcome. While some patients may not need a nursing consultation, many patients deal with multiple health concerns and the Verdes nurses can assist in creating individual care plans for patients based on current medication and conditions. Number of Patients: Nearly 5,000 over the past calendar year (as of 12/1/16) Number of Employees: Nearly 40 (as of 12/1/16) Number of New Mexico registered nurses: 3 (as of 12/1/16) The Verdes Foundation provides patients a safe, inviting atmosphere with staff that are trained to answer questions. Priding itself on excellent customer service, Verdes empowers patients with online and phone ordering, as well as weekly newsletters. Focused on improving patient wellness, The Verdes Foundation works with medical cannabis patients providing nursing consultation in determining how medical marijuana may benefit their overall medical condition. The nursing team works hand in hand with doctors around the state and is the most utilized dispensary for pediatric cannabis products.
