Elevation Wellness' and Omni Doctors' online physician network provides Medical Marijuana Cards, Cannabis focused Advisory Care and online CBD sales.
We take time with each patient to answer questions and guide them through the process of becoming a new medical marijuana patient.
Our doctor and cannabis advisors work with patients for cannabis based primary care services. Together, we develop a treatment plan and outline a clear path to wellness.
CBD is a powerful tool to use in conjunction with your cannabis therapy, or independently! Our advisors can guide you through the various options and help you choose a product that meets your needs perfectly!

- $165 Virtual Fee
