About Us

For years people have been searching for the best cannabis products in the world. Sticky Bush Farms very own Ben Kolasa was also on this mission, his goal was not to only sample it but learn how to grow the very best medicine he could. In 2009 he set out on this adventure learning as much about growing cannabis as he could. In the beginning his out comes were decent but Ben knew that if he put his head down and pushed forward he could produce the best product. 

After a few years of up’s and down’s Ben’s skills started to become refined and his product started speaking for its self. In a very short time his buds started to become known through out Northern Michigan. One of the strains he perfected was “Death Star” which in 2019 won Sticky Bush Farms a first place title at the Let Our People Grow cup here in Michigan. After that title win Ben knew if he applied those techniques to all his strains they would all be the best in his line up.

Once he got his craft down Ben’s next venture was pursuing the knowledge needed to grow top notch CBD plants to help those in need. He wanted to be able to help people suffering from ms, epilepsy, various cancers, anxiety, depression etc. He took what he already knew and applied his skills and focus to putting out the best medicine he could and he was able to help many folks with these conditions. This venture has become more than making money and being successful for Ben, it’s about helping people get the medicine they need to feel better and be productive day to day.
