LAST CALL: Due to California state regulation, all transactions must be completed before 9:00pm. Last call for first time members is 8:45pm. Last call for returning members is 8:55pm.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY: Per state law, no returns on cannabis products will be accepted. Defective vape products (due to manufacturing error) purchased at Modern Buds are eligible for exchange up to one week past purchase date & must be brought in the original packing.
