DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS!

• 1. If it's your first time ordering delivery we will need three pictures of your VALID I.D or Drivers license texted to our delivery phone at (818)641-7565(The three pictures of your ID should include the front and back of the I.D. and one of the I.D. held up next to your face)
• 2. Send/text your order after you send the pictures of your valid I.D.
• 3. Must be 30 Mile Radius
• 4. $80 Minimum 30 miles
• 6. Delivery Fee: 0-14 miles $10,  15-30 miles $15
