The Arrow Pharmacy family has faithfully served the Greater Hartford area for more than 25 years, and its founder, Angelo DeFazio, RPh, has made it his life’s work to to heal his patient communities through caring and empathetic pharmaceutical administration. Selected by the state of Connecticut to provide the citizens of Hartford with medical marijuana treatments, DeFazio founded Arrow Alternative Care in 2014 as another means to help his patients all across Connecticut. Following decades of satisfied patients and three years’ worth of successful medical marijuana administration, the state of Connecticut elected to award Arrow Alternative Care with a second location in Milford--the first dispensary across the state to be granted such an opportunity, and for good reason.

Arrow Alternative Care is located between the 1 and the 95 just off of West River Street, a few short blocks from the Milford mall down Meadow Street. Arrow Alternative’s doors are open to patients up and down the length of Block Island Sound, from Bridgeport to Stratford and Devon, Arrow Alternative Care is there to cater to their patients’ ailments.
