• Doctor’s note – You must have a letter dated within one year of your application for an Arizona medical card that is written and signed by a doctor with a valid and active license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona stating that the doctor is treating you for a qualifying condition for medical marijuana in Arizona and that medical marijuana may be a part of that treatment.
• Age – You must be at least 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian’s authorization. (Note that to use the services of Affordable Certification, you must be at least 21 years of age.)
• Residence – Arizona must be your primary state of residence.
• Proof of ID – You must have a valid Arizona driver’s license or other state or government-issued ID listing an Arizona address as your residence and containing a photo of you that resembles how you appear today.

How to Get a Medical Marijuana Card Online in Tucson, Arizona

To get the doctor’s letter you need to qualify for a medical marijuana card in Tucson, you could see your existing doctor or find a new doctor in your community. But perhaps you don’t want your current doctor or your insurance provider knowing you’re using medical marijuana, or you can’t afford the cost of the appointment, or perhaps you don’t have a doctor and are uncomfortable venturing out into your community to find one simply to authorize you for medical marijuana.
