REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

• 1. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you have 3 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a store credit as long as the product contains 70% or more of the original weight. For products weighing 14g or 28g, 80% of product must be returned.
• 2. For defective* products including disposables, cartridges, batteries and pods, you can exchange or get a store credit for later purchase within 3 days of purchase. 

*Defective products include; disposable battery died, disposable isn't drawing, cartridge is leaking, cartridge isn't pulling, battery is not working.

• 3. Wrong item's received: we will exchange the wrong product with the right one only on the same day.
