REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Hassle Free 3 day store credit / exchange policy

1. If flower has mold, is expired or has a defect, you have 3 days to inform us and we will process a return or exchange as long as its not consumed. If you are not satisfied with flower, we will look at giving you a credit on a case by case basis as BCC law doesn't allow us to exchange or return flower but we can issue you a credit if we deem appropriate. 

2. For defective* products including disposables, cartridges, batteries and pods, you can exchange or get a store credit for later purchase within 3 days of purchase. 

*Defective products include; disposable battery died, disposable isn't drawing, cartridge is leaking, cartridge isn't pulling, battery is not working.

3. Wrong item's received: we will exchange the wrong product with the right one only on the same day.

4. We do have the right to make special exceptions and or deny any exchange or return in any way we see fit. This stores refund or exchange policy can be changed or altered at any time and is not binding.
