Northeast Alliance is a family-owned operation working to provide patients & caregivers with the highest quality THC and CBD products in the state of Maine. We currently operate a delivery service in two locations; South Portland and Biddeford. When placing an order, feel free to call, text, or place an order on Cannawayz! COMING SOON will be a store front in South Portland Maine called The Dispensary!

No Hidden Fees! Taxes and Delivery Fee included in menu prices!

Delivery Minimum: $50

Portland Location Covers: Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, Portland, Scarborough, Falmouth, & Westbrook!

Biddeford Location Covers: Saco, Old Orchard Beach, Biddeford, Lebanon, Sanford, Arundel, & York.

Other Locations: We also deliver to other towns that are not listed above, but the minimum may increase depending on the location. Feel free to call us if you have any questions about delivery to your town!

With plenty of choices of in house made products and products from the top medical marijuana businesses in the state.
