We can deliver to coffee shops, restaurants, anywhere with a physical location with exceptions. We do NOT deliver to non-addressed locations without a physical address (i.e. parks, the river, schools, day care centers, CA state and federal property are also off-limits) do not ask -- it is not permitted at this time.

TRAVELERS, TOURISTS AND HOTELS: you are in luck, we also enjoy cannabis when traveling! We do deliver to Airbnb, hotels, motels and vacation rentals. For compliance and safety we require a valid bill of sale of the occupied property, in the purchasers’ name. Without this we cannot verify your legal occupancy. If you are staying on said property, a bill of sale is easy and common.

ADULT-USE RECREATIONAL (21 ): a person 21 years of age or older.

Daily Purchase Limits: 1 oz (28.5g) of dried flower and 8 grams of concentrated cannabis

MEDICAL-USE (18 ): a person 18 years of age or older who possesses a physician’s recommendation.

Daily Purchase Limits: 8 oz of dried flower (special exceptions made if patient has valid physician recommendation and or a MMIC card confirming a need for higher amounts)

All Members pay the above tax rates EXCLUDING persons with MMIC (Medical Marijuana Identification Card) through your local DHS. Cost of a MMIC card is $100 annual, or $50 with proof of Medi-Cal or other verified and approved income assistance.

MMIC cards: Pay NO CA STATE sales tax @ 8.75%. MMIC Card holders save 8.75% EVERYTIME YOU BUY!! We highly recommend getting a MMIC card to not only save money but to have access to more cannabis products (higher mg products, higher purchase amounts, more sales, promos and deals, etc.). We at Jay Goods believe in the miracle plant commonly known as cannabis and or marijuana. RETURNS / EXCHANGES: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to current CA law and the Covid-19 era, returns are NOT allowed. Exchanges can only be made IF products are not functioning properly, there is a product defect along with proper documentation and photographic evidence. We will not accept products that are more that have already been opened or after a 48 hour time period. ALL verified exchanges MUST be made within 48 hours or two days from purchase. Email and or text item return with brief description of what happened and photos we can send the responsible distributor or producer. We appreciate your cooperation.
