🍍 AVERAGE WAIT TIMES: (Approximately between 1 hour to 4 hours) Estimated delivery times (ETA) are all dependent on the time of day and delivery location. All members will be given an initial time of delivery departure and will be contacted with an updated ETA once your courier departs. If at any time there is failure of contact with delivery, we can always reschedule for the next available route or for the next day. We service a large area and we appreciate your patience during these times!

🍍 DELIVERY ETIQUETTE: Couriers must complete deliveries at your door, inside the comfort of your home, garage, or back/sideyard (away from public view). Please respect that we DO NOT deliver to public places, parking lots, or school campus commons/housing. For the safety of all parties, we have a NO KNOCK POLICY after 8:00pm as couriers will call when they arrive.
