Defective Product:

If you receive a defective cartridge or battery please contact the dispatch and let them know what defective product needs to be exchanged. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, we ask that you please be understanding that our drivers have to make two trips and still have other delivery’s. Due to this we will replace all defective products for free within 24 hours. Defective Stiiizy products we cannot exchange. Stiiizy’s protocol for defective products is to log onto their website and they will handle any defective products.
