When we receive your order and verify your information, our delivery agents will start preparing your order. You may receive an automated text notifying you that your order is being prepared. We will contact you either via phone or SMS if we need additional information, or if an item you ordered is out of stock.Please note that while same-day delivery is something that we do our best to accommodate, it is not something we can guarantee. If your order was placed before the delivery cutoff time for your area (listed below), your order will be routed for same-day delivery– provided that we have the capacity. If not, your order will be delivered the next day (Please note deliveries to Garrett and Allegany county run Wed. &amp; Sat. only).On the day of delivery, our delivery agents will contact you via phone (or SMS if requested) with your order total and a time window for your delivery. Drivers begin their routes around late morning or midday.
