Place an Order:

Place an order from the comfort of your home! Go to gardenstatenectar.com, check out our menu and add desired items to your cart. Checkout and you will receive a notification that your order has been accepted. A driver will be assigned your order and you will be given an ETA for delivery. Simple, Easy and Convenient.

NO Delivery Fee: We do not charge a delivery fee. Some outlier areas will have a higher minimum than others. Your delivery minimum will populate into the online ordering system, once you update your zip code into the system.

Hours:

Due to County restrictions we must be back into our warehouse by 8:00PM. Please try to place your orders before 7:00PM, as our drivers must be back and unloaded by 8. Thank you for your understanding.

Payments:

Currently we are accepting cash and Venmo.

Taxes:

Local cannabis tax is calculated by your locality. Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) card carriers can have this tax waived (County Medical Card). The City of Atascadero has a Local Cannabis tax of 4%.If you live in the City of San Luis Obispo the local cannabis tax is 6%. City of Paso Robles has a 6% cannabis tax. SLO County charges a 6% cannabis tax on all orders. California Sales tax is 7.75%. The sales tax and SLO County cannabis tax will calculate at checkout and the local cannabis tax (if due) will be added after you place your order.

Safety:

Safety is a paramount value of Garden State Nectar. We will only deliver to the address that is located on your Driver's License or your State Issued ID. Exceptions can be made for certain circumstances. Other forms of identification might also be accepted. Safety of our customers and drivers is extremely important to us.

Charity Work:

Our current charity work is helping a local SLO County family whose 19 year old daughter has been diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma. Our delivery driver will ask if you would like to donate your change to support this local family.
