We understand that tax is a difficult subject because of extremely high rates in California. All licensed retailers must collect these taxes from their customers and pay Uncle Sam accordingly. Some retailers include all taxes in their menu price, some retailers only include some taxes in their menu price, and some separate the taxes completely. At the end of the day, every single authorized retailer must collect/pay these taxes in one way or another.

We have decided to separate all taxes so that you can clearly understand where your money is going.

Here is the breakdown:

California Excise Tax: 15% of MSRP.

City Cannabis Tax: 2.5% of sale price.

State Sales Tax*: 10.25% of sale price plus excise tax.

*MMIC holders are exempt from State Sales Tax.

Since we are located in Lynwood, you can save 7.5% of the local cannabis tax. The tax rate for most of Los Angeles city is up to 10%.
