IDENTITY VERIFICATION

In order to receive a delivery you must provide a valid address. We will also request a picture of your government-issued ID (i.e. driver's license, state ID card or passport) and a selfie image to improve trust, prevent identity theft and most importantly to guarantee our drivers' safety.

We require proof of doctor's recommendation if the patient is between 18 to 21 years of age.

Disclaimer: By law, we cannot deliver to schools, daycares, public land, the mall or any other public commercial facility.

If drivers won't be able to collect the full payment upon arrival the order will be canceled and customer's account will be blocked for future orders.

OUR DRIVERS

• Drivers will not be dispatched if the patient hasn't confirmed the order and total sent via text by dispatch.
• Drivers don't carry cash, if you need change for your order please inform the dispatcher beforehand over the phone or via text about the amount needed.
• Drivers are not allowed to wait for patients longer than 5 minutes upon arrival at destination. Exceptions will be made if the driver arrives at destination before the ETA previously communicated.
• Drivers are not allowed to hand product to the customer without having received payment first.
• Our Drivers are monitored at all times via state of the art tech and tracked via GPS.

DELIVERY FEE

For the Brentwood/Century City/Pacific Palisades/Santa Monica/Sawtelle/Venice Beach/Westwood areas:

• Minimum order $35 (before tax) with $5 delivery fee.
• No delivery fee for orders over $65 (before tax).

For the Beverlywood/Beverly Hills/Culver City/Marina Del Rey/Palms/Playa del Rey areas:

• Minimum order $45 (before tax) with $5 delivery fee.
• No delivery fee for orders over $85 (before tax).

For the Beverly Grove/El Segundo/Hawthorne/LAX area/Malibu (South of Pier)/Manhattan Beach/North Redondo/West Hollywood areas:

• Minimum order $65 (before tax) with $5 delivery fee.
• No delivery fee for orders over $130 (before tax)

TAXES

Yes, Cannabis is Bak’d with taxes...

But while others may influx or exclude mentioning that your order will be taxed, we have the State Excise tax already Bak'd into the menu prices.

- Medical Marijuana Patients: If you are a medical patient with a current Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) released by the State of California you will not be charged the sales and use tax.

For more info about the MMIC visit the California Department of Public Health website.

- A Recommendation (MMRC) does not exempt you from paying the sales and use tax, it only allows patients between 18-21 years of age to purchase cannabis. Patients over 21 years of age do not need a recommendation (MMRC) in order to purchase recreational cannabis.

RETURNS

We do not manufacture the items and we keep our quality control at its best but we do understand that sometimes faulty items occur.

In case any issue arises with items such pods/carts/disposables/batteries please contact the shop within 72 hours of your purchase.

Please make sure to not to trash said item, return it to the driver on your following order and you will receive a refund based on the specific circumstances.

We won't issue refunds if items are not returned or on items that are returned completely empty.

We do not accept returns on flower, edibles, tinctures, capsules and live resins.
