We will contact you either via phone or SMS if we need additional information, or if an item you ordered is out of stock.Please note that while same-day delivery is something that we do our best to accommodate, it is not something we can guarantee. If your order was placed before the delivery cutoff time for your area (listed below), your order will be routed for same-day delivery– provided that we have the capacity.
