Our 300mg CBD hemp oil has been designed to be perfect for those new to CBD or more experienced users alike. We infuse a full hemp extract which has been Co2 extracted into MCT oil to give a high quality and effective product. The use of a full extract is much more benifical than using extracts that have been distilled/dewaxed as this process can damage the natural terpenes of the extract.

When using our oil droppers they should to be taken sublingually. This means you apply the desired amount under your tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. It can be taken with or without food but preferably prior to a meal as it may lower your blood sugar.

Dosage varies with every customer, this is because everyones body is different. Some peoples ECS (endocannabinoid system) needs a greater amount of cannabinoids to balance itself. Bodyweight and tolerance also comes into play. Some find they will get a tolerance to CBD after prolonged use therefore you may find you need to increase your dose over time. Generally we have saw customers use an average of 10-20mg of CBD per day. Please do not go over the 200mg food supplement daily limit.

If you find you do not like the taste of the hemp oil then you can just swallow the oil and wash down with water or some like to mask the taste with a small peice of dark chocolate.
