Baking Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter (1/3 cup cannabutter + 1/3 cup regular butter)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup unsulphured molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 1/2 cup unbleached flour (if gluten-free, substitute any GF flour)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
Preparation Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat butter with a mixer, add brown sugar and molasses, and beat until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and beat until thoroughly mixed. Combine dry ingredients and spices in a separate bowl.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until dough is thick and a bit sticky. Separate into two flat lumps, wrap in plastic, and chill in the fridge for an hour or so.
- Coat a cutting board with flour and roll out ¼ inch thick layer of dough. Cut out your desired shape, lay on a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.

Drink Ingredients
- 5 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups whole milk

- 5 egg white
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Freshly grated nutmeg
Mix Instructions
- Beat yolks with a mixer until light. Then mix in sugar, adding a steady stream. Once sugar is dissolved add milk, cream, infused butter, and vanilla. And mix until fully blended.
- Whip the egg whites until they reach soft peaks in a separate mixing bowl. Add remaining sugar and beat until stiff.
- Whisk egg whites into the mixture and chill.

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Coat cutting board with flour and roll out a ⅓” inch thick layer of dough. Cut cookies into desired shapes and lay out on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before frosting.

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour (or CannaFlour)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup sugar (for coating)
- 24 Hershey kisses, unwrapped
Preparation Instructions
- Beat sugar, brown sugar, CannaButter, and peanut butter in bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, vanilla, and salt, and beat until thoroughly mixed.
- Add flour and baking soda and continue beat until ingredients are fully combined.
- Put dough in the fridge for 30 minutes or so.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Shape dough into inch-round balls, dunk in a sugar bowl, and lay out on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Press a chocolate kiss into the middle of each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.

Drink Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canna-oil* (see below)
- 2 cups apple cider
- Cinnamon stick
*How to Make Canna-oil:
- Bring 3 tablespoons of water to simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in one cup of coconut oil and mix fully dissolved in the water.
- Stir 5-7 ounces of decarboxylated cannabis flower. Simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain mixture with a cheesecloth or strainer into a bowl.
- Put canna-oil in the fridge for an hour or so (should be solid and appear light green).
Preparation Instructions
- Heat apple cider in a pan at low heat.
- Add a tablespoon of canna-oil to warmed apple cider.
- Stir to blend, add a cinnamon stick, and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Decant into two mugs and enjoy!
